I am currently translating a book on virtual communication with an application in education, unfortunately the author cites a translation of the original text, which would mean that I would have to translate a translation (!) -- not quite professional, I would say.
The work cited is: Cyberculture. Rapport au Conseil de l’Europe dans le cadre du projet “Nouvelles technologie: coopération culturelle et communication”, which I cannot find anywhere -- or I am just not lucky.
I would appreciate it if you could send it to me in whichever format or, at least, a working link to it.
